HEALTHY HEART MEAL PLAN


This nutrition plan specifically targets HEART HEALTH and contains plenty of fiber-rich foods, including grains and vegetables, which will help in lowering LDL (BAD) Cholesterol and triglycerides (stored fat in the blood) - both key goals in heart health. It also includes lean protein sources, such as fish and poultry, and heart-healthy fats. With a focus on BOOSTING METABOLISM, meals are distributed between 5-6 meals per day.
